WisdomTools LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Information In Place, Inc. (IIPI). IIPI recently acquired WisdomTools Inc. and merged it with IIPI's training division to form WisdomTools LLC.
WisdomTools has now begun the process of rebranding IIPI's existing training products and services under the name WisdomTools. Parent company IIPI retains its focus on all non-training related services, including software as a service, augmented reality, and research & development projects.
